Flagpole Shipping & Delivery

Most in-ground aluminum flagpole shipments are sent by a specialty carrier (not standard LTL freight) due to their length. Customers will receive carrier and tracking information once items are ready for carrier pick up. The carrier typically picks up from our warehouse one day per week.

• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Deliveries are not scheduled appointments — the carrier will notify you of the day and time of delivery.
• Transit times can range from one week to several weeks depending on the destination.

Residential deliveries are made at the street (curbside). The driver is not required to bring the flagpole onto your driveway, lawn, or into a garage. Please plan to have help available to move the pole from the curb.

An adult signature is required at the time of delivery. Please inspect the shipment for visible damage before signing. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. You have a 24-48 hour window to disclose concealed damage.

Storage of the flagpole shaft must be in a dry location, or staining of the flagpole shaft may occur.

If the flagpole cannot be stored in a dry location, all wrapping (the shipping tube and kraft paper) must be removed so moisture cannot get trapped against the finish.
