Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Custom orders may require several weeks after approval.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- Processing does not occur on weekends or federal holidays

Flagpole Delivered Pricing (ZIP Code Based)
Because of our freight carrier's rating system, residential and commercial aluminum flagpoles are now sold with ZIP code based delivered pricing instead of a flat free-shipping offer. The price displayed on the product page already includes a base shipping rate — the freight charge you see for your ZIP is only the difference between that base rate and the rate for your shipping zone. Enter your ZIP code on the flagpole's product page to see your exact delivered total before you add it to the cart; there are no additional freight charges added later at checkout.
- Free shipping still applies to: telescoping flagpoles, American flags, lighting, and accessories shipped to the 48 contiguous states
- Delivered pricing applies to: residential and commercial in-ground aluminum flagpoles
- How it is calculated: your shipping zone's freight rate minus the base shipping rate already included in the price — the zone charge is just that difference, plus a flat $40 residential delivery charge for home addresses
- Remote and hard-to-serve ZIP codes: we provide a written quote before your order is processed
- Continental US only: flagpole freight is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses

- Motor Freight: Some locations may require additional handling and/or delivery charges. Accessibility of a delivery location will be determined by the Motor Freight Carrier. Not all locations will be serviced by our carrier
Additional Information
- Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships
- Signature may be required for orders over $200
- P.O. Box delivery is available for economy shipping only
- Flagpoles require curbside delivery; Adult Signature is REQUIRED
- Flagpoles can only be shipped to a physical address
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier
- Motor Freight deliveries to residential or limited access addresses that are not disclosed at the time of order are subject to a $150.00 charge by the freight carrier
- A home-based business does not make an address commercial
