Can you provide wind-load calculations and a stamped engineering letter for permitting?
Yes. For permitting we can supply manufacturer wind-load calculations and a stamped engineering letter when required by your AHJ. An additional fee applies — request it with your bid so it is included in the quote.
Do you supply engineered foundation drawings?
Yes. We can provide a foundation detail with depth, ground-sleeve size, and reinforcement sized per ASCE 7 wind loads and the site exposure category. Tell us the pole height, site address, and soil conditions with your request.
How do commercial flagpoles ship to a job site?
Commercial poles ship by motor freight on a flatbed or box truck. Delivery needs a physical address (no PO Box) and someone on site to offload — plan for a forklift or crew depending on pole length. Made-to-order heights typically run a 2–4 week lead time.
What is included with a commercial flagpole?
Commercial poles include the ground-mounted sleeve and trim plate along with the standard truck, halyard, cleat, snaps, and ornament for the series. Lighting, internal halyard systems, and lock boxes are available as options.
How tall a flagpole should we spec for a commercial site?
A general rule is that pole height should equal or slightly exceed the nearest building eave. Small offices and storefronts use 20–25 ft, schools and two-story buildings 30–35 ft, dealerships and corporate campuses 40–50 ft, and civic plazas 60–80 ft.
