How to Return
- Contact Us: Email support@americafirstflagpoles.com with your order number
- Receive Authorization: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package Items: Securely pack items in original packaging with RMA visible
- Ship Returns: Use the prepaid label provided (for defective items) or ship at your cost
- Refund Processed: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- Exchange shipping is free for defective or incorrect items
