Shipping & Delivery
- In-stock poles leave our warehouse in 3–5 business days. A specialty carrier picks up once a week; transit after pickup varies by destination, from a week to several weeks. The approximate lead time is 2–4 weeks and can run longer.
- You'll receive carrier and tracking details once your pole is ready for pickup. The carrier notifies you of the delivery day and time; deliveries are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays, and are not scheduled appointments.
- Residential delivery is curbside at the street. Please arrange help to move the pole from the curb; the driver is not required to bring it onto your property.
- An adult must sign for delivery. Inspect before signing and note visible damage or missing items on the receipt; disclose concealed damage within 24–48 hours.
- Store the shaft dry before installation. If stored outdoors, remove all wrapping to prevent trapped moisture.

In-stock flagpoles ship to 48 states. You receive the pole, ground sleeve, hardware, and instructions.
Set the Ground Sleeve
Dig a 18" diameter hole 29" deep, set the included PVC ground sleeve, and pour concrete. Let it cure for 24–48 hours.
Raise Your Flag
Slide the pole directly into the PVC sleeve and seal with 100% Silicone Caulk. Attach your flag with the included rope and snaps, and raise it.
