Wind-rated to 142 MPH without flag, the 4" butt gives a noticeably stiffer, more commercial feel than the standard 3" pole. Complete kit ships with a gold or silver ball, stationary truck and pulley, 5/16" nylon halyard, vinyl-covered swivel snaps, 9" cleat, and PVC ground sleeve. It Arrives Ready to Install

Set the Ground Sleeve
Dig a 18" diameter hole 29" deep, set the included PVC ground sleeve, and pour concrete. Let it cure for 24–48 hours.
Raise Your Flag
Slide the pole directly into the PVC sleeve and seal with 100% Silicone Caulk. Attach your flag with the included rope and snaps, and raise it.
