Wind-rated to 142 MPH without flag, the 4" butt gives a noticeably stiffer, more commercial feel than the standard 3" pole. Complete kit ships with a gold or silver ball, stationary truck and pulley, 5/16" nylon halyard, vinyl-covered swivel snaps, 9" cleat, and PVC ground sleeve.
